(Q) How much do your packages cost?
(A) The start up Pay As You Go Website packages start from only £25 per month
(Q) What's included in the monthly fee?
(A) Everything you need to manage your basic website. Add more pages / features as required - only pay for what you need.
(Q) Are there any additional monthly costs?
(A) Not unless you have purchased any of our optional add-ons, which can be purchased separately at the start of, or during, your minimum term.
(Q) What is the minimum term period?
(A) All websites are for a minimum of 24 months. We include a free website re-design every 24 months
(Q) Can we simply buy the finished website/ online store outright?
(A) Yes. Each package has a minimum term of 24 months. You can opt to buy out your website at any time during your minimum term by contacting us and asking for a quote. Alternatively you can wait until the minimum term has expired following which you can cancel your account at any time. If you choose to buy, you have the option to continue to use us to host your website (monthly hostings fees will apply which start from £7.50 per month) or you can buy out your site and we'll provide the necessary files for you to transfer your website to an alternative hosting provider. Of course you can also continue to manage your website on a Pay As You Go basis; all websites benefit from ongoing upgrades and technical support - onlgoing peace of mind for your website.
(Q) Who owns the domain name?
(A) We do until you use the buy out opportunity. If you decide to go for a buy after the minimum term is completed we transfer the domain to you without further charge.
(Q) Who owns the files created for our website?
(A) While in a Pay As You Go situation we own all files created. If you decide to buy out all ownership will be transferred to you without further charge.
(Q) Can I upgrade my package?
(A) Yes, but a small re set up fee will be charged.
(Q) Can I downgrade a package?
(A) Yes, but a small re set up fee will be charged.
