All websites are subject to a minimum term of 24 months. We include a free website re-design every 24 months. Payment is collected monthly by direct debit.
Terms & Conditions
By entering in to a contract agreement with LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd, you ("the client") are accepting the following terms and conditions specific to websitespaidmonthly.com ("the terms"). These terms should also be read in conjunction with our general terms and conditions details of which can be found here: http://loyaltymatters.co.uk/terms.html. If you do not agree to our terms, you must not enter a contract with LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd.
Upon entering a contract with LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd, you are committed to it for a minimum period of 24 months. The contract will commence on the date on which you enter the contract, and each monthly payment ("your fee") will be due on this date each month ("payment date"). Your fee will be determined by the price plan you have agreed with LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd and the requirements of the service. Your fee will have been detailed on our order form which will have been emailed, posted or given to you during a face to face meeting. You will have deemed to have entered into an agreement with us by signing our order form or by replying to our email with an instruction to proceed. Alternatively, if you enter your contract via the online order process, by submitting your details and confirming your subscription through PayPal, you are accepting your fee and entering a contract with LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd. Any payment collected by PayPal will have only been for the initial deposit and first months fee, payment for monthly fees beyond this will be collected by direct debit (in the name of London & Zurich). By agreeing to this contract, you are accepting the fee stated, and are then bound to pay that fee on your payment date for a minimum period of 24 months. If for whatever reason you are unable to make payment by direct debit, you must still pay your fee on your payment date either via bacs, credit card or another method as agreed with a LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd. You will receive an invoice via email for each payment of your fee made.
Your fee is determined by the price plan you choose in the order process and your maintenance requirements. Your fee covers the services as stated under the specific price plan of choice only. Once you have entered a contract with LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd, your fee will not change for at least the minimum 24 month contract has expired, unless a negotiated upgrade or downgrade of service is agreed with you. If we agree to a change in your fees, then it will come in to force on your next payment date, unless otherwise agreed.
Your monthly payment is for the initial website design and development, the provision of a sophisticated content management system, hosting fees and the ongoing help and support of our technical team. If you have subscribed for our Estate and Lettng Agency website module you will also have a highly sophisticated property management facility allowing you to add new properties for sale and / or to let and to automatically post these properties to the various portals that you choose to advertise with (eg Rightmove, Primelocation, Zoopla etc). If you have chosen our ecommerce option your site will have been configured to work with your chosen payment provider (PayPal, SagePay Instant or Google Checkout).
If you require new pages or a complete re-design before the minimum term expires an additional fee will be applicable which will be discussed and agreed with you in advance of the work being undertaken. Unless paid for in a lump sum any new work will also be subject to a minimum 24 months which may run concurrenlty with the initial contract term. LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd reserves the right to request additional payment to cover any work that exceeds fair use of the services included within the client's price plan.
LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy or veracity of materials on a client's website and the use of these websites is at the visitor's or client's own personal risk. The client acknowledges that any material uploaded using the Websitespaid monthly content management system or sent to LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd for build or maintenance purposes is free of any copyright restrictions and belongs to the client for distribution and use.
At the end of your initial contract period you have four options:
1: the website is revamped/re-designed to your requirements, whilst keeping your existing price plan.
2: the website is revamped/re-designed to your requirements, but includes an upgrade in price plan.
3: the website continues in its present form, which will result in a 50% decrease in your monthly payment fee to cover hosting fees and continued use of the websites paid monthly content management system.
4: You stop paying the monthly fee, and your website is removed from view. If you decide to move your host to a new hosting provider, provided full payment has been made during the 24 months minimum term, the artwork files for your website will be made available to you for your use.
LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd or any of its officials shall not be liable for any loss, claims, damages or any special, consequnetial, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind arising from the access and/or use of a client's website.
LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd reserves the right, at its discretion, to add, edit or remove content from this website ("the website") or to adjust or revamp the design of the content management system at any time. It also reserves the right to monitor, suspend, revoke or otherwise limit access to the website at any time. The website is wholly protected by copyright law and the contents of the website are available to any user for personal reference only and may not be reproduced in any form whatsoever either in whole or part without the prior written permission of LoyaltyMATTERS Ltd and its officials.
